Pakistani actress Durefishan Saleem (born 14 January 1996) performs on Urdu television. She made her acting debut in a supporting role in Hum TV’s Dil Ruba (2020), for which she was nominated for the Lux Style Awards’ Best Emerging Talent. She also produced two additional notable works, Bharaas (2020–2021) and Pardes (2021). After portraying Mehak Shamsher in the dramatic series Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi (2022) on ARY Digital, Saleem gained enormous recognition. She received her early education in Lahore and graduated with an LLB in 2020 from University College London. She relocated to Karachi in 2019 in order to pursue an acting career. Dure Fishan Saleem

Career

Dure Fishan Saleem supporting role in Momina Duraid’s 2020 serial Dil Ruba served as her acting debut. She later appeared in Bharaas with Omer Shehzad and Furqan Qureshi as the female lead, but these roles did not advance her career. Saleem next played Aimem in Marina Khan’s film Pardes and was later seen in Momina Duraid’s film Juda Huway Kuch Is Tarhan as a CSS officer. Her most well-known role was in the dramatic series Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi, in which she co-starred with Danish Taimoor as Mahek Shamsher under the direction of Ahmed Bhatti. During the course of the show, it was one of the most popular and watched television shows on YouTube, despite the fact that both critics and viewers criticized her performance as “wholly vapid” and the storytelling.
