Our seven-day return and refund policy are in effect. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange after 7 days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be new and unused, and it must also be in the same condition that you received it. Further, it should be in its original packing or box.
There are some products that cannot be returned. Flowers, food, newspapers, papers, magazines, and many other volatile and perishable items are not refunded and returnable. Moreover, we do not accept the returns of goods that contain flammable liquids or gases, are hazardous, or are intimate or hygienic products.

For the sake of processing and managing your return, A receipt or other proof of purchase is needed.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund and return. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
The replacement is possible for those items which are received as defective or damaged. In the case of footwear, the item is replaced because of the size issue. To return your product, you should post the product to KHeRi Footwear Alamdar Road Quetta.
You have to pay the courier charges or shipping cost for returning any product. If the received product has any kind of issue and the fault is on our side, the shipping cost will be refunded and the replaced product will be sent without any kind of charges.
It takes almost 3 working days after the dispatch the exchange product may reach you depending upon the location you are living. In case of any kind of extraordinary situation, it may take 3 to 5 days.
