Refund & Returns Policy

At Kheri Footwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original shoe box or proper packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

In such cases, Kheri Footwear will bear the return and replacement shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank (processing times may vary)
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
