2. Shipping Policy – Pakistan
Free Shipping on All New Orders
Free shipping is available across Pakistan on all new orders. Whether it is your first purchase or a repeat order,
standard shipping charges do not apply.
This offer applies automatically and does not require a promo code.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)—Pakistan Only
- COD is available only within Pakistan.
- A minimum advance payment of PKR 1,000 is required before dispatch.
- The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
We deliver within Pakistan through:
- TCS
- M&P
- Leopards Courier
Customers may also request a preferred courier service, subject to availability and agreement.
4. Returns & Replacements – Pakistan Only
Returns Due to Our Mistake (Free)
If an incorrect, defective, or damaged product is delivered, Kheri Footwear will bear all return and replacement
shipping costs.
Returns Due to Customer Choice (Paid)
If a return or exchange is requested due to wrong size selection, change of mind, or any customer-side reason,
all shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
5. International Shipping Policy
All international shipping costs are paid by the customer in all cases, including first-time orders, repeat orders,
returns, and replacements.
We ship internationally through:
- Pakistan Post
- DHL
- TCS
- Other renowned courier services
International shipping cost and delivery time depend on destination, courier choice, package weight,
and current courier rates. Final charges are decided through mutual agreement with the customer.
6. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Pakistan: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (depending on courier and destination)
